Twitter Customer Experience or Support System sent me an email survey after I complained about abusive tweets coming directly to my twitter handle.

Hey Twitter, Your support system is not effective at all. May be you are keeping this support team or AI , just for compliance reasons. Your AI can not identify the Hindi abuses written in roman letters.
May be you are under pressure with government bodies to let go off their IT cell members.

Your answer is autogenerated response. It doesn't give any insight or logical reason with evidence. While reporting you ask us tweet link, screenshot, and every possible evidence to conduct inquiry... but when you give us answer that you did not find anything against the twitter guidelines... you never give us any clue how you conducted the inquiry... what is the procedure... and what visuals evidence you giving me to convince me to believe your verdict.
